12 System Setup
12.1 General Setup
Clicking the “System Setup” will access a tab sheet.
The CMS has three levels of setup:
Low level: “General Setup”,
Medium level: “Admin Setup”, and
High level: “Factory Setup”.
Certain authority is required if you want to modify certain setups of the system or execute
certain operations. The user with lower authority cannot modify the setups of the user with
higher authority, but the user with higher authority can modify the setups of the user with
lower authority.
When the system starts, the default setup is the “General Setup”. The “Factory Setup” is
intended for use only by manufacturer-designated personnel.
In the “General Setup” tab sheet, you can:
Set Volume
The system provides 10 volume levels. You can select one as required. For details, refer to
8.3 Alarm Volume.
Set Alarm Off Reminder Volume
You can set the reminder volume as [High], [Med] or [Low].
